Excellent, many helpful and attentive

Excellence travel agency exceeded expectations.
The service was great from the guides and sales and after-sales staff.

We loved the agency, we came to Peru in family (5 people). We closed with it 4-day tour packages. On the first day we took a walk to the Sacred Valley, then Macchu Picchu, Mountain of 7 colors quad-cycle and Laguna Humantay. All the tours had a guide who explained everything about the place, they picked us up from the van at the hotel door, meals during the tour were already included, and we also bought with them all the tickets for all the tours (which were originally not included, but we chose to buy with them because we paid in real). The agency staff was always asking how we were, if everything was okay... My mom can't eat gluten, and they warned all guides about the meals. We also made the transfer from the airport to the hotel with them. Always very organized. I highly recommend, we don't have to worry about anything!

It was a very wonderful experience, incredible and unique. I am delighted with everything I lived in Peru and thanks to the agency I was very calm and safe in all the tours at all times and experiences proposed by the same. Thanks to the agency what was a dream can become a reality in my life and a very beautiful incredible and magical reality. Super recommend 10/10

My experience in advance was wonderful! Since the first contact with the attendant Yasmin who was very kind and helpful, the budget, the methods of payment (a very good difference is the payment in real and parcel), they won me and I didn't even search for others! I did the tours of: Sacred Valley + Moray + Maras + Chinchero, Laguna Humantay, Machu Picchu, Mountain 7 colors and Huacachina. The guides (Manuel, André, Franco, Joselito, Gian Carlo) and the drivers, are very excited, polite, explain very well about the culture of their country (which is magnificent!). In particular the guide Franco who accompanied us in Machu Picchu was amazing with us, it was a very special experience, without words! A day before the tours always send a schedule with schedule and what we will do in the day (this is very good to schedule) Micaelly accompanied us by WhatsApp throughout the trip, always asking us how we were, if we had arrived, if everything was okay and any need she is super ready to help us. She's very sweet! Some tours with breakfast and lunch included, have the option to buy tickets to access to the tours in advance. Anyway, you guys were very special on my trip! Peru is a very rich country of culture! I want to get back as soon as possible! Thank you for all Yacana team!
