This covers vandalism walkouts fights state moves bad weather or factors causing extra costs from holds route shifts or similar.

II. TRAVEL FACTS FOR CUSCO AND SOUTHERN PERU

No refunds for no-shows missed flights trip quits unused parts.

No refunds for pre-issued hotel bus train.

High season suppliers may change penalties per Civil Code Article 1277.

IX. PICK-UPS

Time in program. Wait ready in lobby. Late means Yacama Viagems skips blame for misses as scheduled.

Intoxicated lets us cancel no refund.

X. HOTELS

XIII. HIKE CONDITIONS

Peru Rail’s local train mainly for area residents but limited seats for nationals daily.

Tickets mostly in-person Cusco offices. If none seats in resident cars up to 2 hours pre-depart at station. Last manual buy 30 min pre but no seat guarantee maybe stand.

So comfort (sit stand) times depend availability early book daily demand.

XVII. OUR DUTIES

Yacama Viagems provides required services quality. Matches or tops per Tourism Law 29408 Article 28.

Bookings accept tour risks. Factors can hit even best plans.

Registered all gov bodies for tourism. Have claims book per Indecopi for issues.

XVIII. MINORS

Programs max minor age 17 years 11 months unless noted. Costs differ by age on doc end.

XIX. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Pre-trip get agent advice or buy insurance for accidents delays cancels medical repatriation rescue ambulance.
