I wanted to leave my recorded gratitude to the Yacana staff, who made our trip to Cusco something unforgettable, after all, it was the trip that my girlfriend ordered at the wedding. From the first contact, Charles, owner of the agency, was sensational. He is a very cool guy, went through a huge security during the whole process and his support was of another level... Any doubt I had and sent a message, he responded immediately. That makes all the difference when we’re in another country!
Regarding the tours, the logistics was perfect. The drivers Jaime and Richard were super attentive and, most importantly, spent a lot of safety transportation on the roads of the region that are not simple.
The historic part was a separate show thanks to the guides. A special hug for Roxana, who accompanied us in Machu Picchu, and also for Julio (Sacred Valley, Moray and Maras) and Rosa (Pisaq). Their knowledge is absurd! Each tour was a history and culture lesson with lots of details.
And I can't forget Dani, from Marketing, who was an amazing companion on one of our tours. She was in charge of the photos and then shared everything with us, which was a gift to keep in memory.
If you are going to Peru and want to be careful, you can go from Yacana without fear. Staff note 10!
