Excellent guides, guidelines, support and values.

The experience was great. By WhatsApp even sent us all the information we needed and was followed since leaving the hotel. Our guide was a love, in having patience to teach us and take many photos ensuring a trip that will stay in memory. The only thing that is good to leave here is that can take backpack yes kkkkk we ended up not taking by guidance of them, but we had no place for the blouses. Except that, it was unforgettable. Thank you for everything

The experience was amazing, the agency staff is differentiated, Elvis, Rosa, Roberto, Charles! We did all the tours with them, we had all the guide support, from the easiest to the hardest tours. I recommend.

This was the second time we chose the agency and, once again, we felt careful from beginning to end. It was an amazing experience, we arrived on the day 14/2, with transfer waiting for us at the airport and we left on the day 21/2, with transfer to the airport tbm, td provided by the agency. During those days in Peru we were very well received by Charles, by the driver Elvis, by the Rosa Guides, Roxana, Roberto. A super differential in this agency is Charles and Rosa, Rosa guides us through the tours with so much love for the history of Peru, that the eyes filled with water. We did the city tour Cusco, Sacred Valley + Moray Maras, Machu Picchu - Classical Train + Panoramic Train, 7 Lagunas and Colorful Mountain with quadriciclo. All these tours we had all the attention, assistance and care of the agency, until oxygen was provided to us. We earned bottles of gifts for the Peruvian tours and bitches in our farewell, which demonstrated the affection and attention the agency devotes to its customers. On our last day, a friend of our group went badly and had to go to a clinic to take medications and take tests, even without having any responsibility with us, because we had travel insurance, Charles went to the hospital and gave all the necessary support, and as our friends who were in the hospital were at risk of missing the flight, he went to the hotel and then took them in his private car to the airport. Eventually everything went well and we embarked together home. This demonstrates the empathy and humanity that Yacana Agency has with its customers! I went to travel alone, the agency gave me all the necessary support from before arriving in Peru until the end of my trip. Everything I needed they were willing to help me and remove my doubts. The tours are amazing, the incredible places and the assistance of guides was also surreal! I highly recommend for those who want to travel both alone and in a group or family. ❤️

We closed the 4 tours we did with the Yacana and the experience was very positive. They have been very attentive since when we contacted to book the tours and also gave all the assistance in the week of the tours. They organize and buy everything, which makes it too easy. We just had to follow the instructions and it was super quiet.
The guides were also show, but a special super thanks to the guide Veronica who accompanied us in Machu Picchu. Veronica was very kind and friendly. He told the whole story with many details and provided us with a very good visit, in addition to taking wonderful photos!!!!
