From the stage of preparing for the trip, we were fortunate to choose an honest and super partner agency. Charles helped us with everything, fair prices, ads 100% true to reality. We also needed support when one of our family members was unable to travel and at the last minute we needed to exchange tour tickets, train tickets, for another family member... Charles helped in this process without charging anything, he was super honest in all aspects and at the end of our stay in Cusco even did a free city tour with us in neighborhoods we hadn't yet seen. We hired the agency a year before our trip, at first they trusted us, as they bought all the tours and booked the hotels before we even got here and paid for the package.
We were received very well by Charles and all the guides, but in particular we really loved Rose, Charles' wife, who received us with great affection and was our guide in Cusco.
All the tours are wonderful, the guides are well prepared and the service is 24 hours a day. We visited Peru in 10 days;

I highly recommend tours with the Yacana agency. Charles was very helpful from the first contact, he was available to make the transfer and organized my tours. Even traveling alone I felt very safe. The guides were very helpful too, talking about the history of each place visited and taking photos.
