Yacana managed to fit the tours into the dates I wanted and they all happened successfully. The cool thing about Yacana is that all advice is in Portuguese, via WhatsApp and that makes it a lot easier. I happened to forget my coat in the van and they promptly helped me retrieve it. Yacana took care of my entire tour (minus the tickets) and it was super smooth. Guide Sara was excellent, she knew everything about the place and was very helpful with a lady in the group who needed to walk slower.
My only point was that they put the train schedule very close to the exit from Machu Picchu and there was no time to eat until I got back to the hotel.

My group of friends and I took 2 tours with the Yacana team. They are punctual, have spacious and new cars! The Guides? They are extraordinary, they speak Portuguese or Portunhol well, as well as being very patient! Rosa Maria has a very rich knowledge of Inca history and moved us! Franco is an excellent photographer and knows a lot about the history of Machu Picchu!! Thank you Yacana!!!

Everything is simply wonderful! We traveled with 3 friends, we felt 100% safe. Everything extremely organized and careful! I highly recommend it!!!!

I have no words to describe the attention and care they gave us. I went to Peru in May/2024 and we booked all the tours in advance with Yacana. When we arrived we had everything ready. We were 3 women and felt very safe in everything. All the tours went perfectly, I don't have a bad complaint!!! I loved it, rating 10000.

Yacana was essential for the convenience and quality of the tours. We close the package from Brazil, 2 months in advance. We already had everything paid for and scheduled. Guides, transfers, tours, all of excellent quality and punctuality. If in doubt, I recommend the travel agency to my Brazilian friends.
