In cusco our assigned Guide gave us a tour of the city, we handed our tickets to Machupicchu in a very organized envelope.
Our pick-ups for Humantay Lagoon, Machupicchu, Mountain 7 colors very specific and the guides super attentive.
The hotel of Cusco very nice and accessible for the Plaza de Armas.
Both Karen and Charles were always attentive and giving us tips for our tours.

The agency was amazing! He supported us on all walks. Making the tours with the guides made all the difference for us to understand the culture and get even more passionate about Peru. The tour to Machu Picchu was the best, we got caught on the train and took us to the hotel. Sure, we would make the trip again with the Yacana, I indicate with my eyes closed.
