From the closing of the package to the after-sales the agency was very organized and attentive to us. At the end of the tour Charles personally met us to know how the experience was, to thank the preference and wish us a good return. The only points I have to talk about is about the tour of the 7 lagoons, that horse climbing should be included in the tour (because it is more difficult than it seems) and a little more attention and care with the selected places for meals and stops for the bathroom.

Traveling alone, the agency's care left me quite safe. Real information, quick answers. On the tours are quite punctual, the guides with a lot of knowledge, patience and take the best photos!

The Yacana was attentive and all guides were committed to the schedules and explanations about the locations. I only recommend that if you go to Cusco + Machu Picchu stay at least 1 night in MPicchu to not get too tired. And at this time you can take 1 backpack or no max a small suitcase on the train to MPicchu. The big suitcase is in the hotel in Cusco. For the rest just enjoy, the restaurants in Cusco are delicious and super affordable. Amazing trip with wonderful photos. Good trip!!

In the travel schedule to Peru, I located the agency on Instagram. At first, I felt insecure, but after reading the good reviews, I reassured myself. All contact was made by WhatsApp and the attendant was always attentive and went to the necessary information. There were 2 tours: 1) Archaeological site of Pisac. On the eve of the tour, Charles, an employee of the agency, contacted and prepared to resolve any doubts and left himself available in case of any unexpected events. The guide Franco passed by the hotel and was very receptive. During the whole tour he presented a deep knowledge of the region and was very professional. During the walks, he made strategic stops and made explanations using an illustrative guide.
2) Maray, Salinas de Maras e Ollantaytambo. On the eve of the tour, the guide Rosa contacted and passed by the hotel to pick us up. All along the way in the van and on the walks, she proved to be a renowned professional. He had extensive knowledge of the Inca culture and the region. His didactics kept us attentive to his explanations.
After leaving us in Ollantaytambo, Rosa contacted to see if we had reached the hotel correctly.
The whole tour went as planned and agreed with the agency.
